INTRODUCING Red Roof “PLUS”, a new management plan for the new year!
Our “original recipe” CLASSIC $95 management plan has been, and continues to be, overwhelmingly popular with our property owners. It provides an excellent level of service for a very affordable price that no one else in Pierce County has been able to match. We feel good about providing GOOD SERVICE at a BARGAIN PRICE and our clients seem to feel good about it too!
However, some owners have expressed interest in having a higher level of service and less worry, particularly owners stationed overseas. Therefore, starting January 1, 2014 we now offer the Red Roof “PLUS” management program in addition the original “CLASSIC” plan.
“PLUS” means MORE when you choose Red Roof as your property manager:
- MORE inspection
- MORE protection from loss of rental income
- MORE coverage of any tenant caused damages
- MORE COMFORT and less worry for you!
The cost is a flat $130 / month, regardless of the rental amount, and the benefits are generally as follows:
- 4 INSPECTIONS: 2 exterior drive-by’s “PLUS” 2 interior inspections per year.
- We cover up to $400 of costs of cleaning & repairs that exceed the renter’s security deposit (once per year, certain conditions apply).
- We pay the property owner $400 if the home sits vacant for more than 30 days (once per year, certain conditions apply).

* “You Can’t Lose” – Repairs Program – If the tenant’s security deposit is inadequate to cover costs of cleaning, repairs and utilities after the tenant has vacated, then Red Roof will cover up to the amount shown for you, once in any 12 month period. Certain conditions apply.
** “You Can’t Lose” – Rent Program – If there is a 30 day gap in your rental income, Red Roof will pay you $400, once in any 12 month period, excluding first time rental start-ups. Certain conditions apply.
